Welcome to the DeviantART club dedicated to one of the cutest Sonic characters created. TAILS! Join us if you love the little orange furball!

Yeah, we have been offline for almost 6 weeks until I logged on and thought I'd write this. As much as I don't like updating with a disappointing reason behind it, I think it's time this was said out loud.

I really don't appreciate the recent rudeness we have recieved concerning updates. If you can see that the club has been offline for a long time, it probably means we haven't read your note? It's no use asking why you haven't been added to the member's journal if we haven't been online since you sent your note, is it? There's a handy feature in the Notes Message Centre: click to see your Sent notes and if it's got a yellow icon next to it, it's still unread! Now, if it's marked as read by us and there have been no changes, THEN you can inquire. But otherwise, please PLEASE be patient?! Neither of us are rolling in extra time. I haven't even been able to keep all the way up to date with my MAIN dA account, how the crap am I supposed to keep track of the huge number of requests sent to join over almost 2 months without making one mistake or going crazy?! Believe me, I AM trying to keep it as organised as possible but I REALLY need your patience in return right now. I'm not planning on spending the holy week I've still got left of my first real break since the end of august stuck to the computer screen.

Now, I'm not speaking about any single person in general. There were a number of messages in the club's MC and front page that were not appropriate, so please, try and be more patient and polite. If you were in my situation, you'd know what it's like right now.

The club journal has been FULLY updated. I have browsed through the club's notes message centre and made sure everyone was added. If you STILL don't see your name in the list but you KNOW you've sent a note, please leave a comment in this journal! I'll get back to you asap.

Thank you for understanding, and thank you to those people who HAVE been patient during this inconvenient time. I really appreciate it~

We've got a new, organised gallery up and running! Well it's actually pretty simple, just a photobucket account, but I thought it looked much better instead of that deviation

Speaking of websites, man. If only I wasn't so lazy. There is an available server for us, but I've got absolutely no motivation lately, no idea about what it would look like. If you've got any ideas, feel free to make a simplistic design sheet (where would be what, links, pictures, banners, organisation, what kind of sections and where they'd be, that kinda stuff.) and send it over!

- We will probably only narrow our affiliations down to Sonic Team related clubs- as in characters only in the Sonic universe.
- We do not support the various Sonic character couplings (SonicxShadow, KnucklesxAmy), so please do not ask to affiliate if you own one of those type of clubs because the answer will be no.
- While we're at it, we also do not support anit-ANYTHING clubs. We're a loving club, and affiliating with a hating one defeats one of our purposes.

There was a tie between Entry #22 [~ foxxie-angel] and Entry #34 [by * sonicfanatic]! Both got 20 votes, so we shall have to restart the voting but only with these two entries. The voting rules have changed a bit, and these should be read and followed or else your vote will not count. Sorry for the inconvenience, I really didnt expect a tie! xD

VOTING RULES
please read the rules, they are important and if you do not follow them your vote will not count. Thank you very much. enjoy the voting and good luck everyone!

1. You MUST be a member of the tails club to vote. If you're not a member but you want to be, send us a devNote
2. You are allowed ONE and ONLY ONE vote for either of the entries. Remeber that this is a "Represent Tails" contest and the entry you vote for is the one you feel represents him the most!
3. The voting starts today July 5 and will end July 6th @ 2359 GMT, or, 11:59pm GMT. Meaning you have until then to cast your votes. The winners will be announced on July 7th!
4. We highly suggest that you look at both entires carefully to see which one you think represents Tails the most out of the two.
5. Cast your votes by replying to this journal entryand entering the entry number you want to vote for. Any other way of voting will be ignored.
6. Please make your votes clear and easy to understand. Do not be vague about it, and do not change your mind. The first vote is the one that will be counted.

PRIZES - the winners will be announced on July 7th by the staff. The deviation with the most votes wins. There will be three ranks, and these three ranks and their prizes are as follows:

First Place - The deviation with the most number of valid votes. PRIZE: A good quality print of your entry and a drawing done by one of the staff members (medias and other questions will be discussed with the winner and the staff member the winner chooses to do the drawing) which will both be sent via mail but the person MUST provide an address. As well as that, their icon will be displayed for 4 weeks on front page of the club.

Second Place - The deviation with the second highest number of valid votes. PRIZE: A high quality print of your entry, a drawing by the remaining staff member (again, medias and further questions to be discusses between the two persons). Both will be sent via mail but the person MUST provide an address. As well as that, their icon is put on the front page of the club's journal for 2 weeks.

Honourable Mention - This entry is chosen by the club staff out of the ones that did not land 1st or 2nd. The honourable mention can choose between 3 prizes: a high quality print of their submission sent to them via mail, a drawing done by one of the staff and sent to them via mail or 3 weeks on the front page of the club's journal.
